Two things. From the free on-page estimate: nothing leaves your browser unless you use the "email me this breakdown" box, in which case we receive your email address and the raise amount, stage, model and the arc/dilution/verdict figures you computed. From the order form: your name, email, company, one-liner, sector, market, raise amount, stage, business model, and the traction and story details you volunteer for the report. We do not ask for a payment card at this stage — when card checkout goes live, card data will be handled by the payment processor and will never touch our servers.
We do not add you to a marketing list from the order or lead-magnet forms, and we do not sell personal data.
We use a small set of infrastructure providers to run the service: a form/email relay (FormSubmit) that forwards your submission to our inbox, an email provider to correspond with you, and our hosting/analytics platform (Vercel, including privacy-respecting Web Analytics that does not use cookies and does not track you across sites). When card checkout is enabled, a payment processor will handle payment. Each provider processes only what it needs to do its job. Your company figures are not shared beyond preparing your report.
We keep order and lead materials for as long as needed to deliver and support your report, and delete on request. Email inha.journey@gmail.com to access, correct or delete your data — deletion requests are honored within 30 days.
