Effective 2026-07-18. By ordering from IR Narrative you agree to these terms.
IR Narrative produces a bespoke IR-narrative & pitch-deck outline report from the inputs you give us: it selects the narrative arc your raise fits with transparent scoring, re-sequences your 11 slides and flags the load-bearing ones, states what an investor checks on each slide, applies metric-presentation rules for your stage and model against benchmark bars, and runs an arithmetic red-flag check on your ask. It is delivered as a written, paginated report.
The report is a preparation and analysis deliverable. Benchmark ranges reflect the public sources cited at the time of writing and may change. Nothing in the report is a guarantee that you will raise, a valuation or fairness opinion, or legal, tax or investment advice.
IR Narrative is not a broker-dealer or a registered investment adviser. We do not introduce investors, solicit securities transactions, or take success fees or equity. We charge a flat fee for preparation and analysis work only.
48-hour delivery guarantee. Your report is delivered within 48 hours of confirmed payment. If we fail to deliver within that window, you are entitled to a full refund — reply "refund" to your confirmation email and it is processed within one business day, with no retention flow.
Digital-content refund terms. The report is a bespoke digital deliverable prepared to order. You may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund at any time before the report is delivered to you. Once the report has been delivered, the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies to that digital content — you expressly acknowledge that by requesting delivery — except under the delivery guarantee above (late delivery) or where the deliverable materially fails to match what was ordered. If you believe a delivered report is materially deficient, contact us within 7 days and we will correct it or refund it.
Fees are stated in USD on the order page and are due before work begins. Card checkout is being connected; until it is live, we email payment instructions after you submit an order request. Korean entities may request a tax invoice (세금계산서).
Materials and figures you share are used only to prepare your report and are not disclosed to third parties except the infrastructure providers listed in our Privacy Policy. We are glad to sign a mutual NDA on request.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid for the report in question. The report is informational and is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice; decisions you make from it are your own.
